If your piece ever needs a little extra care, we look at repairs on a case-by-case basis. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us with details and photos, and we’ll let you know if we can help.

✨ Sometimes we can repair it ourselves.
✨ In other cases, we may be able to offer you a replacement, depending on the issue and how long ago you purchased it.

We stand by the quality of our jewellery. Every piece comes with a 6-month warranty covering any manufacturing faults. This doesn’t cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or loss — but if something isn’t right, please get in touch and we’ll make it right.
