How long does delivery take?
We aim to despatch all orders the next working day. You will receive an email when the order is despatched with all tracking details. See more here. 

What does your packaging look like?

Can I change my order?
We strive for swift processing, making it challenging to alter orders, but reach out to us at info@lucid-jewellery.com, and we'll try to accommodate your request.

Why haven’t I received order confirmation?
If you can't find your order confirmation email, please check your junk mail or spam folders. if that doesn't help, contact customer service info@lucid-jewellery.com.

If the size isn’t right, can I exchange it?
Yes, we offer a ‘no questions asked’ return process of 30 days all items except those which have been personalised with engraving. See more about returns here and learn about the perfect sizing here. Please note, for hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable.

What if the item I received is damaged or faulty?
We check every piece by hand to ensure that they arrive to you in perfect condition – but we are only human, and these are special one of a kind pieces so if your item arrives less than perfect please email as us info@lucid-jewellery.com.

Can I change my delivery address?
We aim to despatch orders within 1 working day, so it might not be possible to change your details. But if you have not received an email confirming despatch, you drop us a line and ask info@lucid-jewellery.com

How can I get a VAT receipt?

Is gift wrapping available for my order?
Should you wish to include a personalised message, use the ADD A NOTE section during checkout for a customised touch.
